I'm Marlee (she/her), an individual and couples counsellor with over five years' experience. My training includes a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counselling, and I'm a member of the Australian Counselling Association.

I work with adults aged 25 and over to build a safe and trusting relationship, one that underpins our work together as we explore what's brought you to therapy. My approach is client-centred, attentive to the personal alongside the social and systemic factors that shape our lives.

I work with a wide range of concerns, including relationship and attachment challenges, anxiety and OCD tendencies, PMDD and PME, perinatal mental health, low self-esteem, work stress and burnout, grief and loss, and life transitions.

My approach traces patterns back to their origins, considers how they've changed or stayed fixed over time, and holds space for new possibilities to emerge. I place particular weight on early life experiences and how they shape our self-image and adult relationships.

If you're not sure whether this sounds like you, the best next step is to book a free 15-minute introductory call, it's an obligation-free way to talk it through together.
In Process acknowledges that we are on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung people who have been custodians of this land for thousands of years, and acknowledge and pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging. hello@inprocesstherapy.com.au, +61 421 667 551, Instagram, LinkedIn
